**Job Purpose**: To promote the brands and company over the phone and maintain good customer relationship.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers from the database to inform them about a product or services using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and suggests the right products and way for them to buy it.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- And other similar tasks as per requirement.

**Qualification**
- 12th pass or any bachelor’s Degree
- Experience of minimum 1 year in Sales, Marketing, Promotions or Telemarketing.

**Languages Known**
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, English

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat - 395003, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
