**Preferred industry of work experience**: Electronics/Electricals

**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing daily routine of 5 person sales team
- Handling inbound inquiry calls and making entries in CRM.
- Assigning the inquiries to sales executive according to his and client’s availability
- Taking customer/architects/electrician appointments for demo and quotation
- Taking follow-ups, feedback, and update of clients, architects and electricians
- Make CRM up to date by taking missing updates from sales executive
- Preparing reports of daily routines of sales executives.
- Analyzing sales data and providing insights of customers to sales executives and managers.
- Make an outbound cold call to architects and electricians to promote the product.

- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
- Must be a self-motivator and self-starter
- Focus on quality and customer service
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
