**Job description**

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
- Ensure a seamless flow between scenes, audio synchronization, and visual consistency.
- Incorporate feedback from content creators to refine the final product.

**Motion Graphics Design**:

- Create visually stunning motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects.
- Utilize industry-standard software for motion graphics design.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the content teams to understand project goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather input and feedback throughout the production process.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Stay updated on the latest video editing and motion graphics trends, techniques, and software.
- Ensure all video and motion graphics projects adhere to technical specifications and industry standards.

**Organization and Time Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
- Maintain an organized file structure and project documentation for easy collaboration and future reference.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues or discrepancies in the final output.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video editor and motion graphics designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a Shift Base, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Portfolio showcasing previous video editing and motion graphics work.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
