Responsible to provide support to Circle - Service Testing Team.

Perform basic troubleshooting to Identify, qualify/rectify, system / network jeopardy.

Good Knowledge and understanding of IP routing (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, Multicasting, VOIP, SNMP, SSH, IP / MPLS (L2 & L3 VPN), IPv6 and Command line Interface.

Certifications: Cisco CCNP,CCNA

Coordination with Core NOC or Vendor TAC for a resolution of identified problem

Good communication skills & knowledge on Enterprise solutions

Trouble Ticket (TT) Closure within timelines **Escalation Management. ** Technical Support to team members for resolving complex issues **L3 Support to Service Manager/Service Desk for Issue Resolutions ** Monitoring & contributing to improvement in Network Performance. **Interface with cross-functional stakeholders within the organization ** Team Management

Education

Any BE/B.Tech or equivalent with specialization in either of the following - Electronics Engineering /Telecommunication Engineering /Computer Science / Computer Engineering

Experience

7 to 10 years hands on Experience. Cisco TAC Support with strong knowledge in Cisco Wi-Fi E2E management with CWNA, CWAP, CWNE, CCIE Wireless are a plus given we are looking for someone familiar with Cisco Wi-Fi infrastructure.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
