**CRM Developer
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of business-critical systems
- Perform hands-on development and support activities for complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, C#,.Net and Microsoft SQL solutions
- Create and document solution designs and architectures
- Develop well-engineered, supportable technology solutions that meet the needs of the global users, business, IT and integrate well with the existing overall architectural standards in the company
- Work with Project Managers to determine estimates, timelines, and project tasks
- Participate in requirements gathering process
- Participate in establishing guidelines and standards for the coding
- Ensure that the support and infrastructure staffs have all proper information for deployment and support
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently and with efficiency

**REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (in order of level of need)
- 5+ Years of Information Systems/Technology experience
- At least 5 years of experience in.NET Framework 4.5/4.6/4.8,.Net Core 2.0/2.2/3.0 with C# language. Must have expert knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, and development. Must have experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Must be knowledgeable in creating managed and unmanaged solutions
- Experience with CRM SDK and SDK tools
- Experience with PowerApps and Common Data Service (CDS) is a plus
- Working experience of code packaging tools such as Nuget is a plus
- Working experience with design patterns like Repository-Service pattern, Dependency Injection/Inversion of Control (IoC) is a definitive plus
- Experience with Web Services (WCF /.NET Web Services), Web API and Service Oriented Architecture
- At least 3 years of experience with enterprise integration and data migration/conversion
- At least 5 years of experience in SQL Server 2012 and later (SSIS, stored procedures, UDFs, views, etc.) and T-SQL language.
- At least 3 years of experience with front-end technologies, XRM framework, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery and Angular 6+,
- Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Integration with enterprise systems and overall architectural standards knowledge
- Prior Insurance/Reinsurance or other regulated industry experience a plus
- Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines
- Should have strong documentation skills and strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle best practices
- Excellent communication presentation and organization skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple IT team disciplines

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
