With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).Lead architecture and design in at least 2–3 large-scale, complex MSCRM implementations .Oversee multiple module integrations across Dynamics 365, ensuring robust multi-geo rollouts.Develop and optimize integration processes between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.Lead technical teams in building and deploying solutions that leverage CRM SDK, plug-ins, JavaScript, Azure Functions , and other Microsoft technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and seamless user experience.Drive architectural decisions to meet both business and technical requirements.Ensure performance, scalability, and security in Dynamics CRM implementations.Mandatory Skills:8–10 years of IT experience , with at least 6–8 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud ).Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service .Extensive architecture and design experience as a Technical Architect on large-scale MSCRM implementations.Expertise in Dynamics CRM 2013, 2016, and Dynamics 365 versions , including CRM SDK, plug-ins, JavaScript, Azure Functions, and Web API services.Proficiency in .NET Framework 4.x , C# , XML , Ajax , OData , and HTML5 .Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2008/2012) and experience with SSIS and Scribe .Hands-on experience in Microsoft CRM installation, configuration , and multi-site deployments .Modern Workloads and Integrations:Experience with Power Platform (especially Power Automate, Power Apps).Familiarity with Azure Service Bus for system integrations.Experience with enterprise-grade integration solutions.
