**Employment type -** Full time (Work from office only)
**Experience -** Minimum 1 Year Admin Experience
**Work Timing-** 9.15am to 6.30pm, Mon to Sat

- We’re looking for extremely strong first-principles problem solvers, who have a maker / builder within them and want to bring to life consumer insights to revolutionize the organic food sector.
**Responsibilities -**
- Managing Online & Offline Order sheets - being a link between the marketing & operations team.
- Creating Invoices & Shipping Labels. Creating invoices for orders before they are shipped for delivery.
- Managing inventory sheets in co-ordination with the operations team
- Manage customer database and support with online marketing campaigns.
- Co-ordinating with delivery partners/executives
- Co-ordinating with the printing partners
- Co-ordination with customers on incoming orders & payment receivables from B2C & B2B customers.
- Supporting the marketing team with weekly & monthly WhatsApp messaging
- Maintaining Physical Files with outbound & inbound documents
- Ordering stationery for office
**Skills Required -**
- Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word
- Good with numbers
- Fluent in English & Hindi (Knowing Marathi would be an add-on)
- Disciplined approach
- Communication Skills
