Responsibility to prepare purchase orders against to received indent with comparison from available vendor's quotations
- Responsibility to purchase spares, consumables, packaging items against to indent, safety stock and re-order levels
- Responsibility to issuance of materials against to MRS
- Responsibility to maintain live stock ledger and keep it ready for internal verification
- Responsibility to collect quotations for received indent with approved vendors
- Responsibility to make price and quality comparison chart for all indent Responsibility to finalize right vendor for material supply with HOD's approval
- Responsibility to identify and develop new vendors for all materials as Primary, Secondary and alternative sources
- Responsibility to ensure create Primary, Secondary and alternative suppliers for each material
- Responsibility to QMS documentation, records maintenance and file management
- Responsibility to ensure 100% stock match with records and conduct periodical internal stock audit and perpetual audit

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
