**Job Purpose**
- To ensure smooth Finance Operations at Circle along with SSC Coordination mainly for P2P and Channel Ops and others as and when required.
- Own and drive all matters relating to NW IP vendors, Channel operations and co-ordination with Cross-functional users, SSC & Corp.
- Responsible for end to end validation, accounting, provisioning and dispute resolution for NW IP Cost
- Co-ordinate with Cluster users across functions for matters related to P2P & Channel
- Adhere to all corporate guidelines and closure of all the requirements from time to time
- To Drive and enhance Channel / Trade and Vendor Satisfaction

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Monthly review and validation of Infra bills along with deductions in close co-ordination with NW and IP
- End to end closure with NW and IP vendors for dispute settlement and CN realisation
- Control & review of Network Infra cost & provisions with SSC
- Timely and accurate month end closing calendar for P2P and Channel
- Manage Urgent/Critical payment requirements of the Cluster
- Co-ordinate with SSC for support related to code creation, blocking, unblocking and related activities
- Employee Imprest co-ordination
- Supervise Channel Operation related activities
- Channel appointment and F&F co-ordination
- Ensuring timely COCA signoffs at Circle
- Co-ordinating for accurate and timely payout by SSC
- Handling queries from channels on payout and GST and close looping the same with SSC
- Supporting SSC to close open issues on store collections

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

Essential:
Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance / Graduate
