**A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)**
**How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)**
- Execute monthly actuals, forecast and annual budget processes with strong focus on our global Service Regions (mainly Asia Pacific, China, Middle East and Europe/ Africa)
- Support the creation and harmonization of forecast, planning and reporting processes across different regions and alignment with all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure high transparency, forecast accuracy, and improve forecast processes.
- Support the global performance controlling team in standard reporting by using common financial reporting tools.
**What You Bring (requirements)**
- Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent
- MBA, CA or other equivalent professional certification preferred
- 3- 7 years of progressive professional experience in a global enterprise
- Directly related accounting and/or finance functional experience with emphasis on financial planning, reporting, forecasting and controlling
- Drive for automization and digitalization to improve controlling efficiency
- Proactive knowledge sharing
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and address competing priorities, while ensuring deadlines are met on time with accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience communicating complex ideas in effective and efficient manor, verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in English
- Strong Excel, MS office, ERP and presentation skills, Tableau, Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI is a plus.

You will be part of a highly motivated, energetic and international team. In this team, we are serving all global functions, sites and regions with the needed controlling foundation. At the same time, the team is responsible to consolidate and represent financial situation towards our management and is maintaining a strong partnership with our global business area controlling department.
