Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and systems for all project phases (design, procurement, construction, and handover).
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure quality requirements are incorporated.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure work is being carried out as per approved plans, standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance.
- Coordinate material testing and inspection of delivered materials to ensure compliance with standards.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), material approvals, and quality reports.
- Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Work with consultants, clients, and authorities on quality-related matters and project handovers.
- Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and quality control checklists.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards throughout the construction process.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience in real estate and construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, local codes, etc.) and construction methodologies.
- Strong understanding of project documentation, shop drawings, and construction specs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software/tools.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO, PMP, LEED, or similar) is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
