**Key Responsibility & Deliverables:

- **
- Understand clients business and domain challenges and provide strategic direction for their offline/online needs.
- Analyze and understand the client mandates in terms of their business objectives.
- Develop digital and offline strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with the team to develop a range of creative, marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Oversee the translation of the Client’s strategy into comprehensive marketing plans, milestones and deliverables within budget parameters.
- Build and grow relationships across all internal departments to develop smart and effective solutions that help integrate social and digital across the client’s marketing mix (social, mobile, digital, PR, offline, etc.).
- Execute multiple creative projects/concepts in a timely fashion.
- Write and develop creative briefs to guide the ideation process.
- Assist and lead the planning and execution of creative brainstorms; Participate in creative brainstorms - actively bring newsworthy and innovative experiential, social, media and content recommendations to the table.
- Actively participate in prospecting and pitching for new clients.

- Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing.
- Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals.
- Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of graphic design or social media.
- Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership.
- Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detailing.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
