Summary / Role Purpose

The purpose of the Salesforce marketing Tech Lead is to be a member of the core Salesforce team responsible for maintenance, ongoing improvements and implementation of new capabilities and features across the entire SFDC Framework. The role will possess a strong technical background and will be extremely analytical, proactive, and ambitious.

Key

**Responsibilities**:
Created Profiles, Roles based on Organization role hierarchy and implemented Record-Level and Field Level security and configured their sharing settings.

Configured Reports for custom objects and associated them to Dashboard as success metrics for process

Design and development of Workflows rules, triggers, validation rules and other customizations

Created & Tested triggers, classes, test methods and visual force pages to check with functionality

Used SOSL and SOQL queries during the data migration and custom development

Focused on Cycle time reduction during the process between the leads through opportunities, processing, assist with delivering new features, maintaining the existing features, and support upgrades and enable architectural decisions

Manage Discovery schedules including a daily review of logs to remediate any reported issues

Exposure On upgrades from Classic to Lightening

Provide daily operational support, and perform maintenance for all products on the platform

Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment

Participate in daily stand-ups, coming prepared to discuss assigned work and progress

Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of all work

Design and follow standard design patterns and coding practices, keeping custom code organized, readable, maintainable, and documented

Participate in development testing as well as regression testing to support patching/upgrade releases

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service cloud
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a diverse geographical team
- Experience with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Salesforce certification (Administrator/ Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud) - Nice to have
