**JOB PURPOSE **:Increase present market share from 3% to 10% in two years. Focusing on Govt Department namely CPWD, PWD, Contractors, Dealer, Builders Segment & Industrial Segment.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:
**Primary Responsibility (Critical to the function - Must be done )**

**Achievement of Sales Target & Collection**

**Increasing the customer base**

**Appointment of New Dealers in the territory**

**Regular update on competitor activity**

**Secondary Responsibility(Other areas of responsibilities like follow ups, being backup for team members, other activities**

**Potential mapping & extraction plan**

**Working closely with identified accounts & create preference for our brand**

**Conducting activities like Inhouse Seminar, Product Presentation in the territory at regular interval**

**ACCOUNTIBILITY & AUTHORITY**

**Responsible for Primary & Secondary in the Territory**

**Responsible for Collection of Dues**

**Network Expansion by appointing new dealers based on potential analysis**
