**Role description**
- Data management and Analysis
- Preparing monthly reports and Presentation
- Administration and Budget handlingfor department
- Coordination and Follow up with volunteers and external stakeholders
- Support departmental events and programs
- Logistics managementfor meetings and other events.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Expertise in handling Microsoft excel and Google sheets(Pivot table/ vlookup/Formula)
- Data management and Analysis
- Preparing monthly reports and Presentation
- Good Communication skills
- Administration and Budget handling for department
- Coordination and Follow up with volunteers and interventions (Interpersonal skills)
- Support departmental events and programs
- Logistics management for meetings and other events.

**Educational Qualification**

Graduate/Post Graduate

Good academic track record is a must

**Years of Experience **:3+ Years of Experience in MIS

**Age**

25+ Years

**Work skills**

Self
- starter, proactive in finding solutions

Proven ability to work with external stakeholders to implement the project in collaborative manner

Experience of working on a digital platform or willingness to learn

**Hours of work **:08:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Working conditions **:The job can involve working conditions that include 8 hour shifts between 8 am to 7 pm, working in challenging community areas with infrastructural and other disadvantages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
