**JOB DESCRIPTION- MIS SR Officer**

**INTERVENTION ; **Finance

**DESIGNATION **:Officer

**REPORTING TO **:Manager

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Maintaining & updating all MIS formats,

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Generate and distribute management /Intervention reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
- Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing intervention efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
- Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION**

Graduate

**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE **:1-2 years’ experience in MIS & Data Management

**AGE **:25 -40

**WORK SKILLS**

Analytical experience, strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusion, develop actionable recommendation, multitasking

Communication in local language, basic computer skills

**ATTRIBUTES**

Hardworking, relationship builder, assertive, Logical Thinking, approachable, self-motivated, problem solving

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

**HOURS OF WORK **:8 hours

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mumbai - 400088, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
