English Subject Co-ordinator

**Job Summary**:
The English Subject Coordinator oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the English curriculum across all relevant grade levels. The role includes mentoring teachers, ensuring curriculum alignment, promoting effective teaching strategies, and enhancing student learning outcomes in English language and literature.

**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English or English Literature (B.Ed. preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in English.

Prior leadership or coordinator experience is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**:
Strong command of English language and literature.

Effective leadership and mentoring ability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
