Stem Trainer

We are looking for a hands-on person who is skilled in and
passionate about several of the fields and areas stated above. We
are particularly keen to hire individuals with an affinity for and track
record in projects related to the fields of electronics & technology as
well as practical experience in building things from scratch
Your main tasks as a STEM Teacher will be to
- To conduct Atal sessions based on the lesson plans we co-create.
- Provide technical assistance for the learners’ ongoing projects and

review the project progress
- Facilitate various skilling sessions for the learners across a variety

of fields Moreover, you will also get the opportunity to develop your
own ideas and projects and assist the School Teachers around the
ATAL Lab
- To Assess the Sessions and also Outcomes from the Maker

Lab
Desired Skills and Experience:

- Track record of building things from scratch using technology as
well as manual and electronic tools and instruments
- Experience in organizing/facilitating skilling sessions and
workshops; or interest and passion to become a facilitator and
Share your skills with others
- Experience in/or capacity to learn about and use various
computer programs from 3D Design to Illustrator and Video
editing software
- Keen to explore new areas of learning and acquire new skills and
knowledge on a continuous basis
- Hands-on person that can quickly adapt to a variety of different
fields of practical skills & knowledge
- Passion to support others in achieving their project goals
- Tamil and English language proficiency
- Strong interest to explore new approaches and methods of
learning outside the mainstream education system

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
