**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and sell products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential customers from databases, directories, and other sources.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide information about product features and benefits.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver a persuasive sales pitch to convince customers to purchase the company’s offerings.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up on leads and previous calls to ensure continued interest and to close sales.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales achieved.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers to improve the sales process and contribute to product development.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share insights.
- **Product Knowledge**: Continuously update knowledge about the company’s products, services, and promotions.
