**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Genesys solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal into existing systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on Genesys-related projects.
- Ensure that all Genesys solutions are scalable reliable and secure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Genesys implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Genesys architectures and configurations.
- Conduct regular reviews of Genesys systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Optimize Genesys solutions to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Genesys technologies and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior team members on Genesys technologies.
- Participate in the planning and execution of Genesys-related projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare domain.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a deep understanding of Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in the Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Show proficiency in designing scalable and secure Genesys solutions.
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Display the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the Genesys ecosystem.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues in Genesys systems.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Genesys solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare domain.
