**Key responsibilities**:

- Originating financing trades in North India Market
- To work closely with Sales/Coverage and Origination and helps deliver bespoke credit solutions
- Structuring financing trades
- Will have responsibility for meeting set P&L targets
- Responsibility for monitoring ongoing trades and be involved in the creation / review of term sheets, deal execution materials and de-risking materials
- Will also have responsibility obtaining relevant internal approvals
- Track latest developments in the industry / financial markets and identify any financing opportunities for DB to participate
- Conduct due diligence on the underlying companies
- Assist in de-risking / sell down to potential investors
