Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with a robust commitment to generating and converting leads into sales, helping our clients to secure their ideal property whether it be homes or commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads: Finding new customers and generating sales with existing ones
- Building relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Closing deals: Closing property sales or rentals
- Staying informed: Keeping up with market conditions and new products
- Guiding clients: Helping clients through the buying, selling, and investing process
- Organizing: Booking property showings and organizing site visits
- Marketing: Preparing and ordering marketing materials, and promoting new listings on social media
- Negotiating: Facilitating negotiations and transactions
- Paperwork: Handling the necessary paperwork
- Reporting: Reporting on sales activities to management
- Networking: Networking with potential clients and lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Presentable & Excellent Communication Skills
- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation
- 4+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
