**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and market properties effectively to attract buyers, sellers, and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings, meetings, and negotiations with clients.
- Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other required documents.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of local property listings and developments.
- Build and maintain a client database, ensuring regular follow-up and communication.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and legal teams.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs to achieve company goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, legalities, and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software (preferred).
