
Process Co-ordinator

Job Summary: The Process Coordinator will oversee and manage internal workflows, maintain data integrity, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operational processes. This role involves active communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring adherence to organizational protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings with the Managing Director and internal departments. Prepare agendas and follow up on action items post-meetings.
2. Internal Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address project requirements and process updates. Act as the primary liaison for internal queries and task allocation.
3. Data Management: Maintain and update multiple Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Organize and review employee data and maintain checklist compliance.
4. Client Coordination: Follow up with international clients to ensure project milestones are met.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
