**DMS Management**:

- Operate and maintain proficiency in the company’s DMS tools for recording, tracking, and updating data.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, updates, and reporting through the DMS platform.
- **Vaahan Entry**:

- Handle all Vaahan (RTO-related) entry processes, including vehicle registration, tax computation, and other related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and complete documentation requirements.
- **Sales Punch**:

- Execute accurate and timely sales punching in the DMS system for vehicle sales transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to verify and cross-check customer details and sales information.
- **Insurance Management**:

- Process insurance entries, renewals, and updates in the DMS system.
- Liaise with insurance providers to ensure accurate policy details and premium processing.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Generate regular reports on operations, sales, and compliance status using the DMS platform.
- Maintain organized and accessible records for audits and internal reviews.
- **Coordination & Support**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and operations, for seamless process integration.
- Provide technical and operational support regarding DMS functionality to team members.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
