Tezda is a bold new platform combining **short-form video**, **private messaging**, and **entrepreneur tools** — all in one fast, secure app. We’re building the next wave of media and tech for Gen Z creators, startup founders, and everyday hustlers.

We’re now hiring a **Motion Graphics Designer + Video Creator** who can **script, design, animate, and edit original short-form videos** that look native to TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts — but stand out with a unique visual language and motion-first creativity.

What You’ll Be Doing From Idea to Execution:

- Research content trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Brainstorm and **write short video scripts** based on business, startup, or creator culture topics
- Plan visual flow using storyboards, rough sketches, or inspiration from viral formats

Original Motion-Driven Video Creation:

- Design & animate **motion graphics videos from scratch** (no raw camera footage required)
- Use kinetic typography, animated icons, visual metaphors, and transitions to tell clear stories
- Craft videos that follow viral storytelling formats (hook → value → CTA) in under 60-90 seconds
- Create **scroll-stopping visuals** that feel native to Gen Z platforms but never copied

Social-First Optimization:

- Format videos for 9:16 mobile (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Use attention hooks, music syncs, punchy captions, and SFX to maximize watch time
- Optionally create animated thumbnails, hooks, or covers for each platform

Collaborate & Shape Visual Identity:

- Work closely with the founder to align content with Tezda’s mission and Gen Z tone
- Help define a consistent, premium visual identity across all content
- Suggest new video formats, motion styles, or storytelling frameworks

You Should Have
- 3+ years of **motion graphics design + short-form video creation**:

- Strong visual storytelling skills: script writing, pacing, animation
- Expert in **After Effects**, **Premiere Pro**, or similar
- Able to create videos **entirely from scratch** (based on idea/script)
- Confident in typography, layout, rhythm, and visual hierarchy
- Portfolio with **motion explainers**, **animated Shorts/Reels**, or similar content
- Bonus: sound design, color grading, meme fluency

What You’ll Be Working On
- Videos about **startups, side hustles, motivation, and Gen Z entrepreneurship**:

- 3-5 high-quality videos per week: animated explainers, visual metaphors, and voiceover-driven content
- Complete end-to-end creation: idea → script → motion design → export
- Part of the early content engine powering the Tezda movement

Perks & Pay:

- **Monthly base salary**: 39,000 INR ($450 USD)
- **Performance-based bonuses**: $50-$200 based on video reach & engagement.
