**Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist & Content Creator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Analyse market trends and competitors to refine strategies.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars. Monitor social media trends and engage with the audience to build brand presence.
- **Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising**: Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media. Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital metrics. Generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- **Website Management**: Oversee website updates and enhancements. Ensure website content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience and SEO.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyse customer interactions and data. Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage budgets for various digital marketing activities. Ensure effective use of resources to maximize returns on investment.

**Required Skills**:

- **Digital Marketing Tools**: Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and social media management platforms.
- **SEO/SEM**: Strong understanding of SEO techniques and search engine marketing strategies.
- **Content Creation**: Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree**: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is often required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
