Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
**Content Creation and Posting**:
Develop and implement a content strategy to maintain a strong online presence.

Create engaging and relevant content, including blogs, videos, and **infographics.**

Manage both local and general real estate content to attract and engage the target audience.

**Lead Capture Landing Pages**:
Design and optimize unlimited and customizable lead capture landing pages.

Develop compelling home value tools and downloadable guides to encourage lead generation.

Implement strategies to convert social media interactions into actionable leads.

**Listings Showcase**:
Ensure effective showcasing of property listings through various digital channels.

Drive visibility for new inventory, open houses, price reductions, and recently sold properties.

Implement strategies to maximize exposure and engagement with property listings.

**Social Media Advertising**:
Develop and manage a friendly and customizable ad budget for lead generation and growth.

Utilize social media advertising on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

Optimize campaigns to enhance local presence and attract qualified leads.

**SEO and Video Editing**:
Familiarity with SEO strategies, including Google Ads and keywords.

Proficiency in creating social media reels and editing videos for engaging content.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.

Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and digital advertising.

Proficiency in video editing tools and social media content creation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
