**Role in Procurement Vertical**

**Job Location: Gurgaon [WFO]**

**About this role : Role & Responsibilities: Individual Contributor Role**
- Launching RFx using as information and instruction provided by GCC Procurement team
- Working closely with GCC Consumables category lead and ensuring assigned sub-categories and process are managed in defined manner.
- Necessary mail/telephonic follow up with suppliers for submission of quotes within specified timelines
- Preparation of detailed quotes comparatives, based on submitted quotes against RFx, and sharing same with GCC Consumables category lead to aide negotiation process
- Maintaining Last purchase price repository for products/services
- Supplier management: Managing consumables linked suppliers through communication engagement and recurring follow up.
- Providing support to suppliers/sub-contractor for grievances, pending payments Etc.
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders within defined TaT for recurring requirement based on rate card.
- Issuance of purchase order to approved suppliers.
- Ensuring contract creation for all recurring purchase consumables items.
- Respond to internal customer and suppliers’ inquiries about orders status, changes, or cancellations.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work under minimum supervision, independently, dynamic & fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
- Preferably a post
- graduate [MBA] with extensive knowledge of procurement, purchase and category management and complex contract negotiation expertise.
- Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.
- Ability to work with diverse Team across multiple geographies
- Strong communication skill and able to interact with customers, vendors, and all level of staffs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
