Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote the clinic's skin treatment services, schedule consultations, and follow up on inquiries. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong understanding of the clinic's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the clinic’s skin treatment services.

Follow up on leads and inquiries from various sources.

Appointment Scheduling:
Book consultations and treatments for clients based on their needs and preferences.

Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients.

Information Provision:
Provide detailed information about the clinic's services, treatments, and pricing.

Address client queries and concerns effectively.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in the clinic's CRM system.

Track and report on call outcomes and follow-up actions.

Customer Service:
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all clients.

Handle client feedback and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the clinic's medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Participate in training and meetings to stay updated on new treatments and protocols.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A professional demeanor and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred Attributes:
Knowledge of skin treatments and cosmetic procedures.

Multilingual capabilities can be an advantage.
