We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by
skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and wholesalers to expand Mack
Furniture’s market presence.
- Sales & Business Development: and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key
stakeholders.
- Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for dealers and their sales
teams.
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to
refine sales strategies.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance
brand visibility and generate leads.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on market performance.
**Requirements**:
- 5-8 years of Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interior solutions, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of dealer/distributor network management and sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India to meet clients and explore new markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
