Room Attendant

Ensures areas of responsibilities are maintained with high level of cleanliness Maintains daily, super cleaning and periodical cleaning of rooms Coordinates Single Entry System with Room Service, Laundry, Maintenance, Florist and Front Office All lost and found articles are reported immediately to the desk coordinator Ensures all Housekeeping equipments are maintained properly Ensures that there is adequate equipment’s and that they are in working condition Ensures that all soiled linen and garbage is removed in time Requisitions for all stocks required for the floor, i.e. amenities, linens, cleaning supplies and materials weekly Maintains pantries with par stock of linen, household cleaning supplies and guest request items Ensures guests special requests are delivered and then returned to the department Supervises and keeps records of various task that have been completed Report linen deficiencies that require immediate attention to linen room. Continuously follow up on reported maintenance requests. Immediately report to senior housekeeper any loss or damage of furniture, fixtures or equipment. Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas and Food & Beverage outlets. Provides continuous on the job training, specially cleaning of new equipment and gadget in the guest rooms. Receive and record complaints from the guests, follow up with maintenance department and ensure immediate rectification. Creates guest satisfaction and exceeds expectations by providing the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality. Per brand standards cleans assigned guest rooms or suites which includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging room furniture if required, and cleaning bathroom Empty all trash containers and replace them with fresh liners Restock useable items in guest rooms or suites, i.e., soap, towels, paper items Ensure removal and appropriate disposition of guest room trays, dinner, glass and silverware Clean and vacuum exterior entry and hallways Keep linen closets and supply areas clean and organized Ensure guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders are attended to promptly Notifies supervisor promptly of any special guestroom or suite issues including reporting of any maintenance needs Promptly handles guest complaints or requests and refers to supervisor if unable to handle Ensures that all rooms or suites are secured upon leaving the guest room or suite.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,250.00 per month
