Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Associate/Senior Associate will assist in building client materials and various prospects/marketing materials, updating market and fund specific data within existing materials on a monthly, quarterly or ad hoc basis. The Associate will also be responsible for tailoring materials to reflect market environment to meet needs of various users.
- Build and “own” client materials and various prospect/marketing materials, updating market and fund specific data within existing materials on a quarterly or ad-hoc basis
- Produce quarterly portfolio reports and letters for investors, working with Finance and Portfolio Management teams to collate relevant data.
- Drive process for creating responses to investor questionnaires, due diligence, and ad-hoc requests for existing and potential clients.
- Maintain quantitative and qualitative key metrics on competitors.
- Help to identify areas of risk and pro‐actively propose innovative business solutions required to increase the efficiency of information flow and communication channels between different areas of the business.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and support all other teammates with their work as needed.
- Build and edit marketing investor materials for co‐investment and funds.
- Crafting & updating deal one pager and case studie
- Creating deal capital call notice and deal tear sheets and deal slides
- Handling and updating deal pipeline information
- Other ad-hoc or periodical projects as per requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Education**:

- CFA or Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, finance, or another pre-professional field, or a discipline with exposure to accounting or corporate finance.

Experience Required:

- 3-5/6-8 years of experience
- Working in an investor relations or product specialist role

General Requirements:

- Detail oriented
- Experience with asset management systems or other relational databases
- Experience at a regional, national, or global financial services firm
- Self-starter, outstanding communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with “the team”
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and digital literacy
