**Role Description**:
**Overview**:
The Market Data Services (MDS) team aims to provide a robust and efficient service for every end user requiring market data, spread across 43 countries. The MDS Centre of Excellence set up provides support to manage the massive vendor perimeter of market data providers, exchanges, rating agencies, brokers and many more, managing the entire market data process from front to back including relationship management, procurement, advice, project management, installation and support

**Scope**:
The team for Product Optimisation will support the MDS Business Advisory cell and deliver towards cost reduction initiatives approved by Senior Business Heads, help reduce future audit liabilities, and carry out efficient management of administrative requirements around MDS

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage internal and external Declarations/Reporting
- Online banking declarations from Trading Venues like Deutsche Boerse, NYSE etc.
- Monitoring Market Data usage and creation of usage analysis for Business Managers to assist cost reduction initiative
- Manage MDS Data Access Control System (DACS) Housekeeping & Governance - help reduce future audit liabilities
- Vendor Data Notification Changes - Review and execution on behalf of SMEs to ensure changes are executed with mínimal impact to end users
- Exchange/Broker Invoice queries with assistance from CoE Cost Allocation team

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Preference for MBA in Finance from a premier institution with relevant experience in MDS
- Strong computer skills, particularly in dealing with high volume of data, management of databases and Excel. Advanced exposure to Word and Powerpoint is desirable
- Attention to detail, with strong written and oral skills
- Research oriented and process driven with strong analytical skills
- Adaptable to new environment and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of DACS and MDSL MDM (Preferred, not required).
- Highly motivated individual who is able to work to tight deadlines and without supervision
