Management:
Office Operations:
Ø Manage daily office functions to ensure a productive work environment.
Ø Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining records.
Ø Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Coordination:
- Supervise and provide support to administrative staff, including administrative assistants and office clerks.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations, provide training, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and company events.
Communication and Documentation:
- Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and manage filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Facility Management:
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers for facility
- related services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Building Maintenance:
- Coordinate and supervise routine and emergency maintenance activities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Monitor and manage facility-related budgets and expenditures.
- Space Management:
- Plan and manage office space layout and organization to support efficient use of space and improve employee productivity.
- Oversee facility security and access control, including managing keys, badges, and visitor protocols.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage facility improvement projects, including renovations, relocations, and
equipment installations.
- Develop project plans, track progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
