We are looking for a **Associate - Arcade** at **SportsBaazi** to manage and grow relationships with our gaming community, focusing on providing a premium arcade experience for our valued players. This position involves engaging with high-value users, enhancing player satisfaction, and driving business growth through personalized promotions and strategies. You will work closely with the operations, marketing, and product teams to elevate the player experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:**Revenue Growth & Upselling**: Identify key players, promote tailored offers and personalized promotions to boost player engagement, and maximize player lifetime value (LTV).**Data Analysis & Insights**: Leverage player data and analytics to monitor behavior trends and identify opportunities for improving player experience and increasing engagement.**VIP Experience**: Curate and execute exclusive in-game events, giveaways, and personalized offers to foster loyalty and improve overall player retention.**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to refine player engagement strategies, create promotional campaigns, and ensure consistency in delivering a world-class arcade experience.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
- 1-3 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or the gaming industry.- Strong outbound sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successfully upselling or cross-selling offers.- Proficiency with CRM tools and player analytics platforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide top-tier support to VIP players.- Problem-solving mindset with an ability to quickly address and resolve player concerns.
