Job Title: CNC Machine Operator - 7-Axis Welding Robot

Department: Manufacturing

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**Operate 7-Axis Welding Robot**:

- Program and operate the 7-axis robot to perform welding tasks according to specifications.
- Monitor the welding process to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
- Make adjustments to the robot settings as needed to optimize performance.

**Material Setup and Preparation**:

- Set up and prepare materials for welding, including positioning and securing materials.
- Ensure that materials are correctly aligned and meet the required specifications before welding.

**Post-Welding Handling**:

- Safely move welded materials to the designated finished area using appropriate handling equipment.
- Inspect welded materials for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before final placement.

**Maintenance and Servicing**:

- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of the 7-axis welding robot to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the robot promptly to minimize downtime.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate logs of production activities, including material usage, welding operations, and finished products.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production output, robot performance, and maintenance activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,700.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
