**Job Brief**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **CNC Operator** specializing in **Mechanical Spares** to join our team. You will be responsible for operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery to manufacture high-precision mechanical spare parts. Your work plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and reliability of components that are often difficult to shape using manual or conventional methods.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to carry out tasks such as milling, drilling, and grinding of mechanical spares.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for mechanical components.
- Program machine operations by translating design instructions into accurate CNC code.
- Conduct test runs and first-piece inspections to ensure machines are producing parts to the required specifications.
- Inspect, measure, and verify finished spare parts using precision instruments, including micrometers, calipers, vernier scales, and gauges.
- Ensure all components meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
