A Group Fun Activity and Social Event Organizer is responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating group activities and social events.

This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to engage and manage participants in various activities.

The primary goal is to create memorable and enjoyable experiences while fostering social connections among participants.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Activity Planning and Coordination**:

- Design and organize a range of group activities and social events that cater to diverse interests and demographics.
- Develop creative concepts to encourage active participation and enjoyment.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, and resource allocation.

**Participant Engagement and Management**:

- Handle registrations, maintain accurate attendee records, and communicate event details promptly.
- Engage with participants during events, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and included.
- Address any issues or conflicts during activities with professionalism and empathy.

**Event Promotion and Community Outreach**:

- Create visually appealing promotional materials, including flyers and digital posts.
- Engage the community through creative marketing strategies to boost participation.

**Team Coordination and Leadership**:

- Lead a team of volunteers or support staff, delegating tasks efficiently.
- Train and guide the team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Foster teamwork and motivate the group to deliver high-quality experiences.

**Safety and Risk Management**:

- Conduct risk assessments before each event, identifying potential safety concerns.
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
- Maintain a safe environment for all participants, especially during physically engaging activities.

**Budget and Resource Management**:

- Develop detailed budgets for events, tracking expenses to stay within financial limits.
- Source materials and supplies efficiently, maintaining quality within budget constraints.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain transparency in expense management.

**Feedback and Continuous Improvement**:

- Gather feedback from participants to assess event success and areas for enhancement.
- Implement improvements based on feedback and team debriefing sessions.
- Maintain a log of successful activities to replicate or adapt for future events.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Social Work, or related field.
- Prior experience in group activity coordination or community engagement.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day
