**What’s QShala?**

QShala is a social quizzing and gaming platform which helps organizations engage with its employees and its customers. We engage remote and offline teams through quizzes, games, and activities as a part of audience engagement, team bonding, ice breaking, and on-boarding activities.

We also help brands engage their audience with curated content experiences, aid lead generation, user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Walnut Knowledge Solutions, the company behind QShala has been in the education industry for the last 6 years having engaged with lakhs of people across the country.

**Who are we looking for?**

Someone with a couple of years of quizzing experience ( facilitating and creating content for schools and corporates) and who is constantly curious, has a growth and learning mindset, and can think on their feet.

**Your contribution?**

You would be expected to perform the following functions (although one must strongly bear in mind that this would evolve as the organization grows):

- Teach/engage children of different grades online on our platform as well offline in private and government schools.
- Engage with employees of different organizations online and offline as part of their culture circles.
- Create curiosity-inducing curriculum, content, and formats for schools and corporates.
- Responsible for end-to-end coordination and logistics for schools, corporates and online classes.
- Create a learning environment in your online/offline classroom that requires you to spark interest, discuss, advise, teach, guide, and support children.
- Fulfil all QShala feedback, assessment, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate, review, and take responsibility of content/curriculum created by yourself and other team members.
- Liaising with parents on the progress of the children.
- Create content for school quiz, college quiz, corporate quiz and other quiz events.
- Create innovative new formats of content for audience engagement.
- Review and edit content created by team members.
- Train facilitators on the content created for delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹560,000.00 per year
