**Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with distributors.
- Handle both primary and secondary sales.
- Execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective sales operations.
- Regular market visits to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage the order process from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years sales experience in fmcg/food industry.
- Strong skills in distributors handling, sales operations, market analysis, and order management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the food industry and distribution channels.
- Expertise in MS Office, Sales Applications, Mail access etc
