- **Answering phone calls and inquiries**: Responding to patient calls, answering questions about procedures, providing instructions, and addressing concerns.
- **Communicating with referring physicians**: Relaying information about patient referrals, test results, and follow-up care.
- **Managing patient records**: Maintaining accurate patient records, including scheduling information, test results, and correspondence.
- **Coordinating with other departments**: Collaborating with other departments within the radiology center, such as imaging technicians and billing staff.
- **Ensuring patient satisfaction**: Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient concerns promptly and effectively.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary school diploma or equivalent

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, such as a medical office or hospital

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
