**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on evidence-based practices and individualized patient needs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided and any changes in patient status.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- **Leadership**: Mentor and support nursing staff and nursing students, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing protocols and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: BSC from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in
- **Licensure**: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in.
- **Certifications**: BLS, ACLS, or other relevant certifications as required by the department.
- **Skills**: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
