- Ensure all financial transactions are documented and processed in compliance with internal controls and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including reconciliations of GST reports (3B, 6A, GSTR-1, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C) with Tally.
- Process payments, such as those for oil purchases, and handle financial queries from vendors and internal departments.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide timely support and ensure smooth financial operations, including managing the issue register.
- Review and submit necessary financial reports (such as stock reports, balance sheets, and financial summaries) within established deadlines.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies in Dr. & Cr. balances for oil-related transactions, escalating to the Director if balances exceed 30 days.
**Role Tasks**
- **Ledger Scrutiny**:
- Review and ensure accuracy of all ledger entries.
- Verify proper categorization and coding of transactions.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Oil Purchase Payment**:
- Process payments for oil purchases based on approved invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Maintain records of all oil purchase transactions.
- **Inter-departmental Communication**:
- Respond to financial queries from various departments.
- Provide tax-related guidance to departments as required.
- Ensure smooth communication and understanding of financial matters.
- **Stock Report**:
- Collect and verify stock data for reporting.
- Prepare detailed reports on stock levels and movement.
- Submit timely stock reports to management for decision-making.
- **Support to Other Departments**:
- Assist other departments with financial data and budgeting.
- Offer guidance on financial procedures and policies.
- Resolve any financial discrepancies or issues raised by departments.
- **Issue Register Form**:
- Document financial challenges or issues as they arise.
- Submit recorded issues in the issue register for review.
- Monitor and follow up on unresolved issues.
- **Transporter Working**:
- Oversee payment processes and financial records for transporters.
- Ensure transport-related expenses are correctly accounted for.
- Reconcile transporter invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- **Vendor and Department Queries**:
- Address financial queries from vendors and other internal departments.
- Ensure timely resolution of payment or invoice-related issues.
- Maintain clear communication with vendors to avoid delays.
- **Income and Tax Calculation**:
- Accurately compute income tax and related financial obligations.
- Ensure tax calculations are in line with applicable regulations.
- Review and verify all tax submissions and reports.
- **Balance Sheet Preparation**:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets.
- Reconcile account balances to ensure accuracy.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and recommendations.
- **GST Reconciliation**:
- Reconcile GST 3B, GSTR-1, GSTR-6A, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C reports with Tally records.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GST regulations.
- Address any discrepancies identified in GST reconciliations.
- **Fixed Assets Management**:
- Ensure all new fixed assets are recorded in the books.
- Perform regular audits to verify the presence and condition of fixed assets.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
