**Primary Responsibility**:
**Drafting new cards sourcing policies for various Co-Brand and White Label partners**

Working alongwith the product team to draft policies for sourcing from Co-Brand & White Label partners with whom the bank has a tie up.

Framing effective policy guidelines that helps the bank select credit worthy customers from the partner?s database.

Understanding data shared by partners and working closely with the analytics team to build credit programs based on alternate data shared by partners.

**Portfolio monitoring /management/Budget**

Monitoring the portfolio sourced through these programs so that the credit metrics are in line with expected loss from the portfolio

Recommending corrective action based on early delinquency trends witnessed.

Monitor & track delinquency NCL, NPA & Regulatory compliance

**TTD monitoring**

Closely monitor the sourcing trends and population in order to assess the ground realities and identify the change in the population distribution - then put a corrective plan of action

Monitor approval rates, exception rates & dispersion across credit metrics

**System/Technology initiative**

To be actively involve in all the system related changes which has a credit risk impact and ensure the implementation is done correctly

Validation of policy rules implemented in the system for implementation and monitor after implementation

**Engagement with all stakeholders**

Influence key stakeholders like Application Fulfilment Unit, Credit Strategy Unit, Sales, Product and Portfolio, Business Intelligence Unit, Business Solutions Group ? IT, Collections, Operations to achieve business objectives
