**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive
**Department**: Sales (Business Development / Career Development)
**Location**: Mumbai
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to connect with working professionals and promote our UG/PG programs. The role involves guiding prospects through the counseling and enrollment process using leads provided through our CRM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Connect with 80+ professionals daily via calls (LeadSquared CRM).
- Identify upskilling needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct phone/video/in-person counseling.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Manage complete sales cycle and update CRM records regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 6 months of experience in sales/telesales/ed-tech preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
