**Entity and activity description** Air Liquide India provides innovative, responsive and customer focused services with the highest safety standards and over a wide product range, which improves the performance of our customers, while helping the environment.**

**Air Liquide India caters to an expanding merchant market network to which it supplies Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen, Helium and Specialty gases, through various supply systems - pipelines, tankers, cylinders, on-site plants or other specialized modes, depending on the product, location, and customer needs.**

**Missions and Responsibilities** Mission Statement**: He is responsible for guiding and monitoring daily production activities of On sites. His responsibility includes to achieve production KPIs while ensuring product quality as per customer requirements and in complete compliance with AL Group’s safety, reliability and efficiency guidelines. He is also responsible the the start up / commissioning of new onsite
- Manage day to-day production issues and support On Site engineers in troubleshooting and Escalates critical issues to Onsite manager.
- Review of daily & monthly production reports.
- Continuous improvement of reliability by analyzing process incidents, leading RCAs and supporting onsite engineers for timely completion of RCA action points.
- Coordinate with OEM, Air liquide engineering team & group experts for arranging solutions to critical issues.
- Analysis of production KPIs fortnightly and corrective actions towards targets.
- Sharing the case studies with cross plants on learning’s and improvements.
- Training & qualification :execute training and ensure that all on sites engineers know what to do, how to do it for maintaining safe, reliable and efficient operations.
- Execute OJT to on-site engineers and newly joined linked to production.
- Develop site engineers towards cross plant operations & troubleshooting.
- Development and review of SOPs/ Work instructions related to production.
- EIS Guide book development and revisions.
- Implement specific projects-Efficiency, Systems improvement etc.
- Preparation of monthly onsite flash and updating of master dashboards (MTD/ YTD reports).
- Conducting monthly safety meetings, leading RCAs and follow up for RCA action points of safety incidents linked to production.
- Preparations and participation of external and internal audits.
- Technical Support to the project team for new installations and proposals.
- Lead for the startup and commissioning of all new plants

**Competencies and Profile** Job Requirements - Educational Qualification & Basic Competencies**:

- Professional diploma/degree in Engineering
- Chemical/ Mechanical with 8-10 years experience in experience in the operations and commissioning of cryogenic plants.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong team player
- Adaptability work effectively in complex and ambiguous situations
- Flexibility, working at times in ambiguity, while still maintaining positivity
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proven experience of establishing, maintaining and developing working relationships at all levels
- Oral and written fluency in English
