**Job Title**: Social Media Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Strategy & Execution (40%)**
- Plan and execute the monthly content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, influencer campaigns, and festive marketing efforts
- Implement platform-specific strategies to improve reach and engagement

**2. Content Creation & Publishing (30%)**
- Ideate and develop creatives, reels, behind-the-scenes content, customer stories, and brand videos in line with CloudTailor’s brand tone
- Work closely with the design and fashion consultant teams to create engaging posts, stories, and videos
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and descriptions with a strong call to action

**3. Community Management (15%)**
- Respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and queries across platforms
- Actively engage with followers, influencers, and fashion communities
- Track and address customer feedback or concerns received on social media

**4. Analytics & Reporting (10%)**
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance using platform insights and tools
- Track metrics such as engagement rate, follower growth, post reach, and ROI of campaigns
- Share insights and actionable suggestions for improvement

**5. Coordination & Collaboration (5%)**
- Work with internal departments (fashion designers, customer support, operations) for cross-functional marketing activities
- Liaise with external agencies or influencers for collaborations and shoots

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Fashion, or a related field
- 3-4 years of proven experience managing brand pages on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others
- Strong visual and creative sense with an interest in fashion, design, and lifestyle content
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing tools is preferred
- Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or similar analytics/reporting tools
- Prior experience in a D2C, fashion, or startup brand is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
