Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainee

**Job Description**:
As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and assisting in various aspects of digital marketing campaigns and strategies. This role is ideal for a fresher looking to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing field. You will work closely with the digital marketing team and other stakeholders to support the implementation and execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Training: Gain a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques through training sessions and practical assignments. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring, and responding to user engagement. Help in growing social media followers and increasing engagement metrics.

Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing campaigns to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist in generating reports with key metrics and insights.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Assist in optimizing website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, track website analytics, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor strategies, and stay informed about industry trends and consumer behavior. Provide insights to the team for campaign planning and optimization.

Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and coordinate marketing efforts. Communicate effectively and contribute ideas during team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
