**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support/services to users at customer premises.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer problems.
- First level hardware support for end users.
- Troubleshooting desktop / laptop issues.
- Support for standard software issues (Isolate system issues; diagnose standard software issues
- and report hardware issues to respective Suppliers.
- Troubleshooting issues related to standard office software (MS Office Word, Xls, PowerPoint etc.)
- and internet clients.
- Should have knowledge on Server Hardware.
- Willing to work in 24x7 support.
- Should have a two wheeler with required documents.
- Remove virus from respective desktop / laptop with the antivirus software.

**Remuneration**:

- During the internship stipend offered is INR 15,000 per month. Those confirmed will be offered a package of Rs. 18k take home + ESI.
- Educational Qualifications: Any Graduation, Pursuing Post Graduation.
- Stipend: Upto 16k
- Work from office: Nehru Place, New Delhi
- Duration: Office hours (09 AM-06 PM)
- Perks and benefits: As per company's norms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nehru Place, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

- 100% (preferred)
